The Company created in 2007 as a holding company for its own trading subsidiary DXS (UK) Ltd, that has developed and distributes a propietary publishing software and content solution service to healthcare professionals.

DXS (UK) Ltd has been operating since 2001 and, having developed the DXS system has reached critical mass (within the UK healthcare arena) thus creating a significant barrier to entry with which to ward off potential future competitors.

This offer is currently restricted to sophisticated and professional investors only (as defined by Financial Services & Markets Act 200).

The Company is offering up to approximately 15.9% of its equity by way of an Private Placing.
